![]() Robert hosted a special Drink and Draw for area teens and tweens on Friday, June 28. This event was one of the Library’s series of weekly summer events for teens and tweens directed by Kate Zakar, a librarian and Assistant Director of the library. Drink and Draw was a great success with the kids; each came away with a few canvases of their own creation and fun memories. Some later reported to Kate that this was one of their favorite programs. Local artist and father, Norman feels strongly about inspiring young people to paint. He has been hosting Drink and Draw events for adults since 2010 and believes that anyone can access their inner artist. He provides the easels, canvases, paint, brushes, and encouragement.
